Cancellation Policy
Benne Analytics's cancellation policy explaining how to cancel your subscription and what happens to your data.
Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services provided by Benne Analytics.
Self-Service Cancellation
You can cancel your Benne Analytics subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your Benne Analytics account
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Billing & Subscription"
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Analytics Data Access
When you cancel a subscription, analytics data access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Paid Subscriptions
- When you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan when your paid period expires
Free Plan
Users on the free plan can continue using Benne Analytics with limited features indefinitely or delete their account at any time.
Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Log in to your Benne Analytics account
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Account"
- Click on "Delete Account"
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion
Data Retention
After account deletion, your analytics data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Tracking Code
After cancellation or deletion, you should remove the Benne Analytics tracking code from your website to stop collecting data.
